Telluride Mudslide Martini

TGIF! Happy Friday everyone! We are so ready for the weekend over here in Telluride, CO. To celebrate, we are toasting with these Telluride Mudslide Martinis. This cocktail is loosely inspired by the local’s favorite….Flatliners. The star ingredients here are Patron XO Café tequila and Amaretto. Add them to your shopping list asap! Speaking of shopping lists, have you heard of Drizly?

Great news…MM has partnered with the awesome website Drizly as a Top Shelf Blogger. What does that mean? It means I’m part of a network of creative cocktail creators & it keeps me on the pulse of everything delicious in the world of cocktails. Drizly is an easy to use online liquor store that will ship all your beer, wine & liquor right to your doorstep! All you need to do is add the items you want to your shopping list & they take care of the rest sourcing your local retailers & delivering your items to you! They also help find the best prices, we all know how pricy alcohol can get!

Here in Telluride, CO we are prone to crazy weather patterns which can often bring on really large mudslides. These slides can prevent access into & out of town. Thanks to a team of expert bulldozer operators and a brilliant Sheriff’s department, they always have us moving in & out of the valley as quickly as they can. These martinis celebrate them!

Sip this martini when you want to warm from the inside out. Sip it when you want to cool for from the outside in. Something for everyone! Have a wonderful long weekend enjoying the last sips of summer. Cheers!
