  1. I love everything pumpkin. A family favorite- pumpkin apple dip (pumpkin, cinnamon, maple syrup, cream cheese). Yum!

  2. My favorite fall ingredients and recipes….I love having access to all the amazing squash – a butternut squash roasted with butter, cinnamon, brown sugar and pepper can’t be beat on a cool fall evening. I’m not gonna lie, I also love pumpkin! Pumpkin anything, really….

  8. I love cooking with autumn flavors. The best are the spices of fall: cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, cardamon, star anise, vanilla! Makes me think of pumpkin spice breads, pies, teas and apple cider! My favorite fall recipe this year: I’ve developed a Double Chocolate Zucchini bread made with Goat’s Milk yogurt and coconut oil that is simply perfect!

  9. Butternut Squash is one of my fall favorite ingredients, chili beans is another. I love fall. I like to bake my butternut squash and serve with butter, salt and pepper. I also love a good batch of chili.

  10. Love mixing all the seasonal produce in a giant salad bowl – roasted pumpkin with apples and warm apiece like ginger, cinnamon with a maple vinaigrette

  11. The predictable pumpkin but also butternut squash and maple to flavor everything. I have an amazing butternut squash lasagna recipe that the whole family looks forward to every fall.

  12. As unoriginal as this is, my favorite fall ingredient is PUMPKIN! I want it in everything! My mom’s pumpkin bread recipe is to die for, but this year I am hoping to try some savory pumpkin recipes. Perhaps a chili!

  13. I love pumpkin, of course, I love any comfort foods, like pot pies, stuffed potatoes, casseroles with cheese and pasta – oh oh, I getting hungry!! I love fall baking with nuts and spices like cinnamon, clove, all spice. I really love making pies with lattice tops, mile high apple and so many more!

  25. I love squash and mushrooms. Squash is so versatile. In fact I just made a squash chia seed pudding for breakfast from dinner leftovers!
