  2. I’ve never met a potato I didn’t like! Love them mashed, fried, baked, roasted. Used potatoes this morning in my beef stew recipe; it’s simmering in the crockpot.

  3. I can’t say I love potatoes enough! I can eat potatoes with anything, but my all time favorite are mashed potatoes with sour cream, chicken broth and a little garlic thrown in, whipped up nice and smooth! O YUM!

  5. My fav potato recipe is so simple – slice potatoes into fat chips, drizzle with olive oil & Jane’s Crazy Mixed Up Salt, bake at 400 for about 40 minutes, dip in mayo & honey mustard & enjoy!!! Thx for the chance – great giveaway!!

  6. My personal Potato Soup recipe in the crock pot. The whole crock pot of soup got kidnapped one Xmas. At least I did get my crock pot back (cleaned). I love idaho potatos, I am a potato freak, love my starch!

  9. I’m an Idaho girl–born & raised! My dad grew potatoes….I LOVE potatoes. No meal is complete without them. Would love to give my kids those little spuds and another crockpot would be great to have on hand during the holidays!

  12. My favorite potato recipe is a dead tie between Potato Latkes (only my mother’s, of course!) and cheesy potatoes aux gratin! Both of those are just so irresistible to me!

  14. I just love good old mashed potatoes. But my kids love them every way possible. They are potato obsessed. Boiled, Baked, Mashed Fried, Twice baked, smashed, scalloped… You get the idea 🙂

  15. The first time my daughter lived in Idaho she was so awed by the potatoes that she sent me one big huge enormous Idaho potatoe. Cost more to send than buy but it was yummy.

  19. Potatoes in any variety are delicious, but love smashed roasted potatoes sprinkled with kosher salt and malt vinegar!

  20. My favorite recipe, besides loaded baked potatoes, is a family dish, Kugila which I’m excited to say I will be enjoying in less than two weeks for the holidays!

  21. By far Idaho potatoes are superior in texture and taste than anyothers that I have eaten so far and beleive you me I have eaten a lot of potatoes in my life time !!! crock pot a welcome addition to my kitchen cookware !!!

  22. I love my hash brown casserole recipe. I actually use potatoes o’brien and this makes it taste even better with the peppers and onions.

  23. I love potatoes in all their forms but probably my favorite is the tot. I guess my grandmother used to make them for me when she would babysit me and I’ve never outgrown them.

  24. My favorite recipe is potato soup. Four simple ingredients: potatoes, chicken broth, cream of chicken (or whatever) soup and in the last thirty minutes, add a block of cream cheese. Viola! Done!

  25. we just love potatoes about anyway you can fix the, I extremely love them in casseroles. Can alway use more because my kids kike to all come over an ahve supper with me so they dont have to cook.

  26. I love to use a crock pot in the winter! Very seldom is the recipe in it without potatoes! I have been watching and following the Spud escapes all summer…what a good idea!

  27. I love to just roast potatoes in some olive oil in a cast-iron skillet. Or boil them and feed them to my dog–she gets so excited when she gets potatoes for dinner! 😀

  29. So many great ways to cook potatoes but my fav has to be homemade potato chips with herbs – washed down with a glass of Chardonnay! That’s how I roll over here!

  30. too many choices, homemade fries, mashed potatoes, scalloped potatoes (excellent when made in a crockpot!)….i could go on and on!
