We’re having crazy warm weather here in Telluride, the snow is melting rapidly but fun is still to be had. We are not even close to the end of winter ~ typically it will snow through May. This soup is warming for the chilliest of days, but light and zesty for the warmer ones too. We had a busy weekend entertaining friends & even went to a aprés ski pool party (yes, I said it’s pretty warm here in the high country!)

It’s time to settle into a fresh week of deadlines & my daughters first boy-girl dance is this Friday *gasp*
