  1. We are already ready for school; had to change nighttime and morning schedules so the first day of school was not hard. Activities will be starting soon, we have an easier schedule this year, fun though.

  2. I am getting my kids ready for school & after school activities by feeding them healhty meals and making sure they are getting there daily vitamins, as well as being active at home.

  3. We start going to bed earlier in the weeks before school starts. We take vitamins and wash hands often to stay healthy.

  4. I am packing healthy lunches and snacks for my kids, with fruits and vegetables. They also take their vitamin every morning before school.

  5. We do a lot of preparing the night before so we aren’t rushed as much in the morning and I have a lot of schedules to keep track of after school activities.

  6. I get kids ready for school by making sure they have everything in place the night before and serve them breakfast in the morning. As for after school activities, balanced meals make sure they stay healthy and active to enjoy all sorts of fun.

  7. We are getting back into the swing of school and haven’t yet had very many activities we are all looking forward to halloween that is right around the corner and all the fun that comes with it. We try to stick to a schedule to keep the crazy under control.

  8. I try to have my kids get ready their homework and clothes the night before, so they don’t have to find things in the mornings.

  9. I get my children ready for school by buying them school supplies, clothes and shoes. I also have them start going to bed earlier a couple of weeks before school starts.

  10. Well, my son has been practicing soccer with his dad for about a month now. That’s his main afterschool activity. I’d say he’s ready for it 🙂

  11. Healthy foods, vitamins, flu shots, and frequent hand washing. My boys have asthma and it’s very important to keep them well.

  12. I assist with helping to get my grandkids ready for school and after school activities by taking them shopping on the weekends to choose healthy foods/snacks for when they are constantly on the go as well as pick up vitamins and bottled water.
