I love to use spray-on sunscreen! So convenient when you’re out and wanna reapply during the day. Plus, it’s not sticky, it’s refreshing and you don’t end up with greasy hands.
I can definitely tell a difference.
I keep sunblock on my face and also exfoliate one time a week! Lots of water to keep my skin hydrated as well!
I do not go out in the sun! Pretend to be a vampire! and use moisture always!
Some of mine are always wear sunscreen use a good moisturizer and drink lots of water!
I always clean my face before bed at times put cucumber slices on eyes to refresh them with AZ heat. I use alot of lotion try to remember to use sunscreen also here . I limited my time in the skin when I can plus do not drink alot of alcohol beverages. I never smoke also
I use coconut oil as a nighttime moisturizer. It really does seems to improve the look of my skin.

I always look for make up that has sun protection in it!
I’ve always loved their hand cream so recently I started using Neutrogena’s face wash and night cream. I like them but I probably need the anti-aging regimen. I will check them out.
Sunscreen anytime you are outside on face, hands, legs and arms.
I’ve been using coconut oil as mosturizer since my skin changed and I’m sensitive to a lot of products now.

I always wear sunscreen, part of my daily routine. A hat when appropriate and stay out of the sun!

Best anti-aging tip I have is to use retinol or the stronger Retin-A (tretinoin is the inexpensive generic). It encourages collagen production which slows the aging/wrinkling process.
Just use lots of sunscreen or makeup/moisturizer that has a good sunscreen included

I don’t trust the sunscreen in makeup. First goes on the sunscreen, then the makeup. Don’t forget your arms and hands, neck and declotee.
I always wear sunscreen and sunhat to protect my skin.
I use Retinol products to help me with fine lines and wrinkles. One product I really love is Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Eye cream. It really helps my eyes look so much smoother!+
