Hi & happy Wednesday! So where’s Waldo now? She is prancing around London Town dining at the finest restaurants, shopping up a storm & visiting with friends & family. All in the name of work & research my friends!
This afternoon I’ll break for tea & gosh do I wish I had these Pumpkin Bars with Maple Cream Cheese Frosting…..
I baked these bars last week & they did not stick around for long.
This cake is perfectly moist, it has the texture of a sticky toffee pudding cake. I suggest you chill it before serving, the cream cheese firms up & the cake flavors marry into each other.
That’s a click of a beautiful London building on Regent Street, and also the home of my favorite store Superdry.
As I said, there has been lots of shopping & I could live in Liberty London!
Back to bars…the pumpkin bars are topped with a delightful maple sweetened cream cheese frosting.
Top the bars with some orange zest for even more flavor impact!
