2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
3 cups shredded green or white cabbage
2 cups shredded red cabbage
1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
1 cup chopped bell peppers (any color)
1/2 cup freshly chopped cilantro
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 avocado, diced
sesame dressing
1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
2 tbsp tamari
2 tbsp ponzo sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl, folding in the avocado last.
2 Add the dressing to taste. Serve immediately.
