Strawberry & Pepper Jack Focaccia Pizza

Focaccia is one of our all time favorite breads. It’s just as tasty dipped in olive oil as it is with any kind of pizza toppings.

If you cannot find focaccia use pizza dough, or make your own focaccia from scratch.

 One 12" store bought par baked Focaccia Bread (plain or flavored with herbs) or make your own from scratch
 1 package (7 ounces) sliced Pepper Jack Cheese
 8 ounces sliced Strawberries
 Balsamic Glaze for topping

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees with the rack in the middle. Place focaccia on a pizza stone or baking tray. Top with sliced cheese & strawberries. Bake about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with drizzled balsamic glaze. Serve hot.

*If you cannot find par baked focaccia use pizza dough instead. Bake according to dough directions.

If you want to make it from scratch add the toppings during the last 10 minutes of baking time.
