<![CDATA[Less that 24 hours till Thanksgiving! Can you believe it? If you are like me you might be scrambling for a few additional sides to add to your meal. We LOVE these brussels sprouts & I’m sure you will too! Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Maple Pecans are filled with amazing flavors & have a delectable maple + nutty crunch. The nuts are so amazing you should make a double batch for snacking! The pickiest of veg eaters will love these sprouts. My son kept asking for seconds. Are you feeling good about Thanksgiving prep? We are heading to my neighbors house which takes a lot of heat off of me. Literally! Make some of these buttery maple pecans to munch on while you cook…I’m gonna bring some to the party. I’m heading to NYC on Saturday for a bunch of fun work events…more details about that on Friday. In the mean time lets focus on Thanksgiving feasts! Happy Thanksgiving dear!
I love roasted brussels sprouts, these are perfection with the maple pecans!
I love brussels sprouts, but this preparation sounds amazing! Especially with the maple pecans, mmm 🙂
The maple pecans are addictive, look out 😉
This was delicious ans so much healthy! I like brussel sprouts and we loved this recipe.
such a succulent/decadent combination. I saw a recipe for Kale and Bacon with toasted pine nuts which reminded me of this. Plus the crunch would go great with the fresh brussel sprouts! well done
Any recommendations for an orange juice substitute? I’m allergic & really would love to try this recipe!
You can try apple cider! Enjoy 🙂
