Hope you all had a fantastic weekend. We adopted a puppy & you guys were amazing helping me figure out a name. There were so many to choose from & it’s been super tough to decide. We are officially calling him “Moose” I know that’s pretty funny, but he is a really silly guy.

Back to tacos…and my favorite Avocados from Peru…
You can whip this recipe up super quickly which is great to know now that back to school is back in full swing.
The flavor ofΒ Sriracha mixed with garlic, honey & lime sauces the shrimp in these tacos.
A bed of romaine lettuce offers some fresh crunch.
Layer on the Sriracha shrimp, diced green onion, fresh cherry tomatoes and of course….the crowning glory: Avocados From Peru.
Soft whole wheat tacos wrap it all up.
Serve ’em forΒ outdoor parties too. Really anytime at all is great…lunch or dinner.

Love these tacos & the avocados are drop dead gorgeous! When I shoot avos, I seem to take too long or something because they oxidize in a nanosecond for me. These are stunners! Pinned π
Averie, Scout came up quite a bit in convo. Moose certainly looks like a Scout….thank Skylar for her great idea! With avocados ~ being they are so sensitive to oxidation (turning brown) I always dab them in lime or lemon juice right after I cut them. Thanks for the pin!

Love these tacos. And what an adorable pup and great name! When I adopted my dog, she was 2 years old and all ready knew her name so I just kept it as it. But was kind of secretly bummed that I missed out on the fun of choosing a name for her! Moose is great!

Just wondering, you have 1/2 c. lime juice in your ingredient list. Is that just to dip the avocados in or does it get mixed into the sauce? Also, you say “mix in the chives. How much? Thanks!!
