Hope you all had a fantastic weekend. We adopted a puppy & you guys were amazing helping me figure out a name. There were so many to choose from & it’s been super tough to decide. We are officially calling him “Moose” I know that’s pretty funny, but he is a really silly guy.

You can whip this recipe up super quickly which is great to know now that back to school is back in full swing.
The flavor of Sriracha mixed with garlic, honey & lime sauces the shrimp in these tacos.
A bed of romaine lettuce offers some fresh crunch.
Layer on the Sriracha shrimp, diced green onion, fresh cherry tomatoes and of course….the crowning glory: Avocados From Peru.
Soft whole wheat tacos wrap it all up.
Serve ’em for outdoor parties too. Really anytime at all is great…lunch or dinner.
