After a wild weekend of heavy eating & lots of bubbly..it’s time to healthy up with some fruit & vitamins! This Strawberry Mango Smoothie is exactly what we need to get back on track… All you need is some frozen mango, strawberries, coconut water, lemon, agave & chia seeds to whip up this gorgeous smoothie. After I made this & photographed it, everyone came in from skiing famished….so I made them another batch. They were super grateful! The ingredients are very clean, pure & refreshing. I’ve been crazy into mango lately. I posted this Quick Mango Oatmeal over the weekend…you gotta try it! I was not able to ski this weekend as I’m waiting to have an MRI on my knee. Fingers crossed that I can get that test over with this week. My right knee was hurt 2 years ago March 12th. It’s weird to have symptoms again 2 years later, almost to the day. Oh well. Once I know what is wrong I can take action. I’m not the kind of person that takes to limited activity well ~ but the pain certainly keeps me down! Back to smoothies… I’ve been posting some recipe shorts on Instagram. This one is posted over there, enjoy! [amd-zlrecipe-recipe:501] Super Smoothie Recipe LinksÂ

Smoothie perfection! Totally making this for the boys this week 🙂
Ooo I love the addition of coconut water in the smoothie! Makes for such a tropical drink!
I can totally go for one of these this Monday morning!
I can never have too many smoothie recipes! This one looks perfect.
The color is just stunning!! I love it so much! Wish I could paint a wall that color 🙂 And I bet this smoothie tastes so good! Pinned of course!
That color would look GORG in your new Aruba home!!
Mmmm this looks delicious, my kids LOVE smoothies and would probably love this!

Yay! Glad to hear you have adopted it too! xx
love this smoothie!!! especially the black chia seeds on top!!
Mum and Dad’s mango tree was good to us this season (really good!) so I’ve been enjoying mango smoothies every weekend 🙂 I’m trying to sample it out over the next few months so that I can enjoy mango even in the middle of winter. This strawberry version looks wonderful too!
I hope your knee feels better soon!
You are so lucky to have access to a mango tree! These days I would be picking at least one every day. Enjoy your mango moments!! xx
This looks delicious! Thanks for sharing the link to my Peanut Butter Kale Smoothie recipe. 🙂 I also recently shared a Rosemary Mango Green Smoothie recipe on my blog. I love using frozen mango in smoothies. But I have to admit I created a mango smoothie recipe the other day that was a complete flop. I had a hankering for a peanut butter chocolate smoothie and I was out of bananas. I thought I’d give the frozen mango a try and it was NOT good – don’t know what I was thinking. Ha ha. Your strawberry mango smoothie recipe looks much better! I wonder how it would taste with a little chocolate drizzled on top… Guess I’m still craving chocolate!!
Hi Margaret! I’ve had some flops too. I’m with you though…frozen mango is so delicious & way more easier to deal with than fresh! I love that sweet tart flavor 🙂 Try chocolate & cherry. Chocolate & raspberry is so good too!
Thanks for the suggestion! Chocolate and cherry sounds yummy! And yes, chocolate and raspberry is one of my favorites – I just shared a chocolate raspberry smoothie recipe on my blog a couple of weeks ago!
