This bright green melon is quenching and refreshing on hot summer days. Enjoy it chilled & sliced or in smoothies!

These smoothies are cleansing and the perfect detox drink.

Enjoy these sips poolside or at breakfast. The perfect compliment would be a Lilly Pulitzer swimsuit and a game of tennis ~ don’t you think?!

Simple combine fresh honeydew with ice and some lemon juice.

You can make these drinks a bit festive with a splash of your favorite spirits. They would be stunning served at a wedding or shower

Sweet Honeydew Smoothies

Total Time: 5 minutes

Yield: about 2 ten ounce smoothies

Sweet Honeydew Smoothies


    Smoothie 1
  • 16 ounces cubed Honeydew Melon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh Lemon Juice, adjust to taste
  • 6 ounces Ice
  • Smoothie 2
  • 16 ounces cubed Honeydew Melon
  • 4 ounces light Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 6 ounces Ice
  • Optional Sweetener
  • Depending on the overall sweetness of your melon you can add some honey, stevia or your favorite natural sweetener.
  • Optional Toppings
  • Homemade Whipped Cream
  • Vegan Coconut Whipped Cream
  • Spirits
  • Make honeydew cocktails out of either smoothie. Rum, Malibu, vodka or tequila are a few options.


  • For smoothie 1 or 2, blend all ingredients in blender. Make any adjustments or modifications according to taste preference. Add spirits last. Top with whipped cream if desired.

I am all over this color green – my fav color. And, yes….a Lilly Puiltzer anything and a game of tennis (preferably in the Hamptons) would be fabby!
