Chocolate and whiskey are a warming pairing. Two full flavored ingredients that partner in the best of ways. A little bit of instant espresso powder is the perfect addition, thats how it becomes a mochaccino. This is a chocolate lovers drink with pillows of mocha whipped cream floating on the top.

There’s something about the holidays that makes me want to spike everything ever…hot chocolate, eggnog, booze spiked with booze. So warm and cozy! I’ve never skiied in Telluride, but I imagine I’d want a hot mug of this moccacino after a long day in the lodge…errr….I mean, skiing the bumps 😉
