I love an english muffin, toasted with peanut butter or another nut butter & sliced banana on a busy morning! Especially if I have a run planned that day, the protein in the peanut butter gives me some extra energy!
I like toast with peanut butter on it and a blueberry yogurt topped with granola. Gives me the energy I need for a good run.

I am not a big breakfast fan so whatever I have has to be quick and easy. A smoothie or toast. I would love to try Belvita Biscuits!
Busy days call for protein and hydration.. I like peanut butter because it’s quick.
I’m very much for a well balanced breakfast. I am a type II diabetic and a breakfast of egg, toast, cereal with milk (I do treat myself with 2% milk) and fruit gives me a good start to the day. 🙂

My favorite breakfast when i know i need the extra energy is to have toast with an avocado and fried egg on top!
I love a green smoothie, but always need a little more in an hour or so, and Belvita is just the right size and nutrition to be that supplement.

Mornings mean a smoothie with yogurt, strawberries, flax seeds ,some veggies and instant energy.
Something with grains and protein usually stay with me and keeps going through a busy morning

Belvita biscuits are my go-to breakfast every day! I leave for work so early that I’m not really hungry until I get to work. I munch on the biscuits and find that I don’t even finish the pack before I’m satisfied. My favorite are the golden oat but I’ve never tried the soft-baked varieties! What a nice giveaway!

I love homemade baked oatmeal or microwaveable oatmeal mugs. They fill me up and fuel me ’til lunch on a busy day!

I often have a waffle in the mornings but love Belvita and will eat those when I don’t want to take the time to eat breakfast at home. I can eat all the biscuits by the time I’m at the metro.
