Looking for a delicious anytime meal? Our Tomato Tart Pizzas make the most of the freshest farmers market tomatoes, puff pastry and mozzarella cheese. Every one will be excited to dive into this recipe!

 1.1 pound store bough puff pastry sheets
 2 cups cherry tomatoes
 1 tablespoon olive oil
 a few basil leaves
 2 cloves fresh garlic, sliced
 pinch of slat & pepper
 8 ounces mozzarella pearls, drained
 fresh basil

In a food processor combine the tomatoes, olive oil, basil garlic, salt & pepper. Process until chunky…not smooth.

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit with the rack in the middle

Gently unroll the pastry sheets on a lightly floured parchment sheet. Place on a baking sheet pan.

Score the edges of the puff pastry 1/2 inch from the edge. Poke the middle of the pastry with a fork several times.

Bake the pastry for 10 minutes.

Top the pastry with the tomato sauce up to the score marks (not beyond so you have some crust at the edges)

Arrange the mozzarella pearls on the top.

Bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted & the puff pastry is golden brown.

When it’s done cooking customize with your favorite toppings. Suggestions include: olives, oregano, baby spinach, arugula, salami, prosciutto etc
