With the crispness in the air that means there are apples aplenty! Have you gone apple picking yet this year? It’s one of our favorite things to do here in Colorado. We love Big B’s Orchards in Hotchkiss, CO. It’s a wonderful place for apple picking, there’s a great market and the biggest treat of all is the hard cider made on the premises. If you love apples as much as I do then you must try this Appletini Cocktail. It’s refreshing and really captures the fall spirit…all in a martini glass!
