S’mores Ice Cream

Summer’s not over yet, and you know what that means? Time for more ice cream!

I was having a crazy chocolate craving this weekend & the only way to satisfy it was lots of ice cream. Chocolate ice cream to be exact. I came up with this S’mores Ice Cream because it seemed like the perfect thing to do. My cravings? More than satsified, thank goodness!

Alaska Cruising on the Carnival Legend

There are so many wonderful things to share from my Carnival Cruise to Alaska. I could go on about this trip forever. Here are some of my very favorite moments…

There is so much to do on (and off) a cruise, something for everyone! On sea days I hung out on my balcony & the ship decks gazing upon all the natural beauty. There was lots of epic views, breathtaking snow peaks everywhere. When the weather was warm enough I did walking laps around the upper deck for exercise. When it was blustery outside, I enjoyed the fitness center at the front of the ship.

All of those great views & exercise made me super hungry for all the amazing bites on board the Legend!
