Let’s face it. There are sooooo many Green Smoothies & shakes dashing around the internet. I really didn’t get it…until now. A few days ago I made this one with kale, frozen banana & protein powder. Done & Done. Now I’m a big fan of the green drink too!

I’ve been drinking one a day. Feeling good! I’ll have to try your recipe. Sounds so tasty and filling with the addition of the banana.

The banana really helps with flavor & natural sweetness ~ also it is frozen so no need to add ice! xo

Green smoothies are such a tasty way to get your greens (my husband doesn’t even know I put them in there, haha!). I haven’t tried kale and banana yet…I need to try that next. Thanks so much for adding my Green Smoothie with Avocado and Kale to this list!

I love green smoothies and your photo is beautiful! I make one similar to this with a Honey Crisp apple that is very good. Marla check out the new green smoothie book from Candice Kumai. The recipes are super low in sugar and they are delicious! 🙂
