I’ve been back in a full on salad craze. I know it’s winter and the tendency is towards hot foods like soups, stews and casseroles, but for me I crave salads really often. The great thing about this Caesar Salad with Grilled Steak is that it combines cool fresh veggies with sizzling grilled steak. The best of all worlds in my book. I know a lot of us love to make our own salad dressings, you will love my version of a classic Caesar.
