The warm days in the mountains subside to cool evenings, thank goodness! We love our salads during the day.¬†At night heartier, warming foods are what we crave. Our Telluride Farmers Market is loaded with stacks of beautiful carrots that I can’t resist stocking up on every Friday. This isn’t just any carrot soup.
