I recently had the opportunity to test drive Success® Whole Grain Brown Rice. This is a mess-proof & pre-measured way to cook your favorite varieties of rice. It cut my rice cooking time down to 10 minutes. Success Brown Rice tastes wonderful & is virtually fool proof to prepare. Woo hoo!
Cheesy Green Rice & Chicken Casserole | Mealtime Success! MarlaMeridith.com   Both of my kids love green rice when we dine at Mexican restaurants. I think they eat more of that than anything else.  What I love about making it at home is that I can use brown rice to boost the health factor. What makes the rice green? A flavorful combination of cilantro & Italian parsley. Isn’t that sauce gorgeous?   Cheesy Green Rice & Chicken Casserole | Mealtime Success! MarlaMeridith.com   I added chicken to this recipe to boost the protein factor & lots of Mexican blend shredded cheese. We all can’t get enough cheese around here ~ so the more the better, especially when melted.   Cheesy Green Rice & Chicken Casserole | Mealtime Success! 4. We use rice alot for the base underneath cranberry meatballs or spicy beans or chili. I love both brown and white rice!

  5. My favorite go-to rice dish is to add it into tacos made with ground chicken. I also add in a large amount of chopped up spinach.

  6. My family is from south Louisiana but we currently reside in Texas, so any chance that we get, we make jambalaya or gumbo to get a little taste of home!

  7. I like a stir fry rice dish with chicken (preferably a bit on the spicy side), peppers, onions, broccoli and any other vegetable that happens to be spouting up in my garden.

  8. My favorite is rice pudding, and I make it healthy that it is good for breakfast and yummy for dessert, too. I change it up and sometimes add raisins or nuts.

  9. Our family’s favorite go-to rice dish is always teriyaki chicken stir fry with brown rice. Everyone always loves it!

  21. Rice is one of my favorite things to cook with, as it’s versatile – and we eat mainly vegetarian. Beans & rice is always an excellent dish, but I make stir fry at least once a month. No recipe, just a bag of Gardein (vegetarian!) “beef” tips, rice, veggies, and kung pao sauce!

  22. My go-to rice side dish is pretty simple. I just soften onions in oil, the add the rice, and water (or stock). Depending on the main course, I might add herbs or spices to the rice, too.

  23. Oh that looks so fun and yummy!!! I will have to try that one! WE love Spaghetti rice stuffed peppers! I just mix hamburger, mozzarella cheese, spaghetti sauce and cooked rice. I stuff my green peppers and bake adding a little more sauce and cheese on top the last 15 minutes or so.

  24. My family loves stir fry… so many choices; if it’s a weeknight we will use frozen stir fry veggie packs, or if we have more time use fresh veggies, with whatever sauces and spices we are in the mood for!

  25. Our go to rice dish is sometimes stroganoff over white rice and other times it is chicken fried rice with actual cut up chicken breast in it.

  26. We’re a stuffed peppers with rice family. Have to hide that rice in something because my middle child is super picky but will eat it if she doesn’t realize it.

  27. I think the most often requested and thus most often cooked recipe would be the pineapple chicken. I just love the sweet/sour sauce and the broccoli and the warm bits of pineapple…it is just a really tasty dish.
