  1. We love throwing some chicken breasts in the crock pot with a jar of salsa and shredding it up. Great for tacos or wraps or salads.

  2. I cook chicken breasts in the microwave for 6 minutes on each side after sprinkling them with fresh squeezed lemon and pepper, super-easy, healthy and delicious!!

  3. My favorite chicken recipe is frying in a little bit of coconut oil and then shredding it. This chicken can be added to almost any dish.

  4. My favorite is sauteing chicken and spinach with lemon juice, garlic, and butter. Thanks for the giveaway!

  5. I like to brown some chicken tenders a bit then put them in the crockpot on low drenched in verde sauce (simple, pretty good)

  6. I find that using leftover chicken (usually from a weekend roast) makes it easy to come up with quick chicken dinners. A favorite is shredded chicken burritos, which is always a hit in this house.

  7. My favorite quick chicken recipe is chicken shish kabob. The chicken is marinated in 1/3 c. oil, 1/3 c. soy sauce and 1/3 c. vinegar. If you want a sweeter marinade, add 1/3 c. brown sugar. Marinate chicken for at least 3 hours before grilling then put chicken tenders on skewers and grill. This is such an easy as well as awesome chicken recipe.

  8. Heck yeah! Winner Winner Chicken Dinner for sure!
My favorite quick chicken dinner is simple…BBQ chicken from the grill. Tastes better when the husband grills it!!
