I saw so many awe inspiring, life changing films that showcase the indominitable spirit of humans and animals. I brought these bars into the theater with me to satisfy hunger pangs. Better than popcorn…but then again I had that too! Films are way better with delicious snacks! In this recipe the super star is coconut flour. Have you ever used it? If you are a coconut lover then this will be your thing. Can you taste the coconut in these bars? Yes. You sure can. These bars are grain free & gluten free. We had guests this weekend & they loved these bars. So did my kids. That speaks volumes! Currently I’m on board a cruise ship to Alaska! We just left Seattle and are on our way to the open seas.
