Around here we love holiday baking. It’s fun to share freshly baked treats with friends who happen to stop by on a moment’s notice. If you are baking for a bake sale or cookie exchange this year, I recommend you bring these Crunchy Ginger Snap Cookies. These are a classic for the holiday season and my recipe here is pretty much the best I’ve ever had. You can make them big like I did or bite sized.
