dinnertime! This simple & delish lasagna is a hit in our house & I’m sure it will be in yours too! It’s about time for me to blog this Family Favorite Vegetarian Lasagna recipe. I’ve been making this dish for years and finally, I’m sharing it with you! Casseroles are very family friendly, the perfect way to assure leftovers! Finally, it’s snowing here in Telluride! We are all so grateful & thrilled to see so much fluffy white stuff in the ski hills. This weekend we skied, played hard & hit up great Aprés parties. Downtime was fun too. It was wonderful to get warm & comfy in our house with the fireplace roaring. I enjoyed plenty of time in the kitchen making this healthy, comfort food lasagna. We all had a kick with these lasagna noodles. They became reason alone for a photo shoot! A fun & sculptural subject. Here’s a look at all you need for this lasagna…some pantry items & easy to find cheeses. The hubs & I love a great white or rosé with this dish… Enjoy friends! Hope this becomes a family favorite for you too! xo For Recipe Details Click Here Amazing Lasagna Recipe Links!

LOVE this vegetarian lasagna, Marla! We are big fans of both meaty or veggie lasagnas at our house…depending on our mood. Gorgeous photography, as always. Thank you for sharing and enjoy the rest of your weekend!
Thanks Stacy!!

This looks unbelievably comforting and delicious!
This looks really delicious. I’ve been looking for a vegetarian lasagna recipe to try for a while. I’ll be definitely making this one soon.
This looks beyond perfect and such gorgeous styling! Wish I could dig in right now!
Oooohhhh! YUM. Looks amazing and just our style 🙂
Gorgeous photos, Marla! I just want to dive right into this lasagna!
Thanks so much Anna! Hope you can dive into it soon 🙂
That lasagna looks so good! I so want a slice now!
this looks awesome Marla- total cold weather comfort food!!
TOTAL!! xx
That is one good looking lasagna, what a great dinner idea!
This looks amazing! I had a bad experience once with a vegetarian lasagna (it was the eggplant – A LOT of slimy gross eggplant) and haven’t touched it since. I do adore spinach though so I will be trying this recipe!
Trust me Deana…this will be a way different & very enjoyable experience!! Be sure to press all the water out of the spinach before you mix it with the cheese.
Nothing like lasagna – such a favorite in our family too! Love your veggie version! Can’t wait to try it!
I’ve been thinking about this since I saw it on Facebook the other day! It looks incredible and your photos are brilliant!
Thanks so much Meghan! Hope you can enjoy some soon 🙂
Love the simplicity of your recipe! One quick question – what do you add the saute’d onion and garlic to?
Great question! Add them to the cheese/spinach mixture.
Thank you.
How perfect is this lasagna? The perfect dinner anytime, but especially when you are craving comfort food! Pinning…
Thanks so much for the pin lover Carole!
If I refrigerate ahead of time, how long should I bake it for?
Will it make a difference if we use fresh spinach instead of frozen? Thank you!
Is it possible to layer the lasagne one day ahead, place in the refrigerator, and bake it the next day? Has anyone tried this for this recipe?
Thanks!
Did you ever get response?
love the recipe!!!! thanx a lot, so healthly and delicious 😛 😀
can you make ahead?
Yes you can! Make it a day or two before you need it if desired. Reheat in a 350 degree oven.
Can you make this with fresh spinach instead of frozen?
I would cook the spinach first & press out the extra water 🙂
Great thanks!
