The other night I had a High Alpine Cuisine book signing here in Telluride, CO and I brought these Peppermint Snowball Cookies to serve hungry guests. The overall response was that these holiday cookies are a 100% hit! I love regular snowball cookies, but add crushed peppermint candies and you have something even more special for holiday entertaining or cookie exchanges!
