 1 cup dry Quinoa (any color is fine, Red is in this recipe) cook according to package directions
 2 cups (280 g) frozen Blueberries
 1/4 cup (60 ml) Half and Half, Cream or Dairy Free Cream
 1 cup (170 g) Fresh Blueberries
 pinch of fine Sea Salt
 Natural Sweetener if desired (Maple Syrup is always my choice)
Optional
 Homemade Whipped Cream ~ Vegan or Dairy

Cook quinoa and fluff with a fork. Heat frozen blueberries in a pan with a tablespoon of water. Bring to a boil & simmer until the blueberries are ready to burst. Remove from heat.

Combine hot blueberries with quinoa, half & half, salt and sweetener if desired. Top with fresh blueberries and homemade whipped cream.
