Magic Cookie Bars

Have you ever had Magic Cookie Bars? (Also known as Seven Layer Bars) My mom used to make them all the time when my brother and I were kids. I remember coming home from school & diving into a freshly baked pan of chocolate bliss. I wanted to re-create the same sweet experience for my kids, so that’s what I did with these!
