  1. I am really trying to be inspired for this new school year when it comes to home lunches. My challenge is that I have two teenage sons (one of those being 6’5″) and packing lunches in little containers or any containers just does not fly with the boys. They want a brown paper sack and everything in that sack to be thrown away when they are done. They don’t want to keep up with anything. Right now I have compromised and have bought non-eco friendly containers that they can throw away in effort to at least get some some healthy, satisfying foods in.

I would love any ideas on how to feed teenagers, especially teenage boys, actually hungry, athletic, and big teenage boys healthy school lunches. :)

    • Oh my!! You certainly have a plateful 😉 My kiddos are little…feeding 6’5″ boys ~ WOW! For me to stay sustained I go with a lot of protein & healthy fats.
