  2. I’m obsessed with salad. It is the one thing I never get tired of because it literally has ENDLESS possibilities!

  3. The combination of Chicago winter plus the holidays always equals a slow start to exercise and healthy eating every new year. This would be a great jump start!!

  4. I forgot to add my favorite healthy food – chia seeds or caramel almond butter (not sure this one is healthy!).

  5. My favorite healthy food is kefir milk. I enjoy a smoothie every morning with cocoa, banana and iced coffee in it.

  6. My favorite healthy food is just about any veggie (asparagus and brussels are my faves) and lean meats such as fish!

  7. Fresh fruits and salads are my favorites…especially when you combine the two!! I love that you can eat a salad twice a day for a month and never eat the same thing!!

  8. There are so many great healthy foods. If I had to choose one I guess it would be spinach. It has great versatility. Delicious salads. Yummy smoothies. And so many other ways to use it. And Popeye ate it for a good reason!
