Sparkling Blueberry Ginger Iced Tea

I believe that sipping iced tea is something very special. Its a simple life’s pleasure that should be sipped slowly (ok, sometimes guzzled.) This Blueberry Ginger Iced Tea is certainly special & it would be as perfect sipped on a steamy summers day by the pool. Or served at a elegant gathering.

No matter what…the flavors will razzle dazzle your taste buds & the blueberry ice cubes might just melt your heart!

In this recipe I tried the new Tetley Black & Green Tetley Tea. I love the blend of my two favorite tea leaves.

I simply steeped a few tea bags, made some blueberry juice (easy peasy) and topped it all off with alcohol free ginger beer. For a stronger ginger flavor you can also add some ginger juice to taste.

This recipe is my entry for a Tetley Tea Contest for a chance to win a trip to London, UK. I have my fingers crossed that the judges on the Tetley team love it enough to send me on a journey to Europe. You know me, always looking to share amazing adventures!

  1. This drink looks awesome!! Love the blueberry ice cubes – so creative. Having just returned from London, I hope you win the contest!!

  2. I’m making this! It looks amazing and as a non-drinker, I’m always looking for sophisticated non-alcoholic beverages. Thank you.

AND I must say, that photo you took of the rainbow is so vivid, absolutely gorgeous. My compliments to the photographer.

    Cheers!

    1. Lauren, when I stepped outside & saw that rainbow I could not believe my eyes! Thrilled I could capture the experience here for you guys 🙂 I agree ~ the non drinkers need something they can feel “part of the party” with. Glad I could provide the option.

  3. I am 12 weeks pregnant and was told to stay away from black tea, any other suggestions on type of tea bags to use???
I live ginger beer and blueberries so the two together sound amazing, plus something fun to drink while my friends and their spouses have their summer boozy drinks ; )

  4. What a beautiful recipe! I eat my weight in blueberries during the summer and this looks like a deliciously refreshing way to eat even more of them. That colour is just incredible!!! Gorgeous photos -the rainbow! the drink! Summer in a glass 🙂

  5. This looks so delicious and refreshing! Your photography is always so inspiring too, that you are able to take so many interesting, gorgeous photos that are all different! I salute you! Great recipe, pinned!
