It’s that time of the year when the temps dip and we crave warmer foods such as soups. This Avgolemono Soup: Greek Egg, Lemon & Chicken Soup is one of my all time favorite recipes. It’s got so much flavor, lots of protein and orzo pasta to keep your belly full longer. If you wish to make this gluten free then simply use quinoa or rice instead of the pasta. That would be a great swap and you wouldn’t miss out on all the tasty fun.
